Sweet Sauteen Mandarin Fish

 

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Material: Branchiostoma or other kinds of fish

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Ingredients: Ginger, Green onion, Light soy source. Dark soy source,

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Cooking oil£¬Sugar, Star anise, Sesame oil

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Step 1.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Wash and clean the entire fish

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Assort its inside with some salt and wine to get rid of the smell.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Leave aside for 1-2 hours

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Step 2.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Heat up the oil, add little ginger tips and star anise, green onion.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Wait until the oil start to smoke, fry the fish until the fish skin is crispy£¬

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Take the fish out and leave on a plate£®

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Step 3.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡This time add very little oil, with ginger tips,

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡light soy source and chicken soup power, with 1/4 glass water.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡After 2-3 minutes add little dark soy source and suguar.

¡¡ ¡¡¡¡Wait until the liquid become cohesive, add a few drops of sesame oil.

¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡Serve the liquid on the top of the fish with some green onion slice aside
